Vanessa Springett - Mortgage Loan Specialist
Vanessa Springett graduated from UCLA in 1991 with a degree in Business/Economics and married her high school sweetheart, Drew, in 1995. Together, they have raised their two children, Owen and Lauren, in their beloved hometown of Poway, California.
With over 33 years of experience as a mortgage broker professional, Vanessa has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.
Vanessa's enduring connection to Poway is reflected in her multifaceted contributions to both her neighborhood and the broader community. She is a member of the Poway Chamber of Commerce, president of her community’s HOA, secretary of the Green Valley Civic Association (GVCA), and remains an engaged member in local politics.
In her leisure time, Vanessa enjoys sailing, participating in book clubs, golf, pickleball, mahjong, hiking, and attending live music events at local wineries.
Heidi Dalvie - Mortgage Loan Specialist
Heidi Dalvie has been a Mortgage Loan Specialist with Avalon Mortgage since 2002. She grew up in the midwest and lived in several states before settling here in San Diego in 2000. Needless to say, she loves the sunshine here, but more importantly, the community she has developed.
Heidi strives to gain trust, share her knowledge and advise clients to help meet their financial goals. Educating clients is the first step, keeping them well informed and up-to-date during transactions is especially important.
She earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. She is active in her community, a member of the Poway Chamber of Commerce, Poway Community Choir, AAUW, and works diligently on the TechTrek STEM camp for 7th grade girls.
She has two sons who live in great places to visit, plays competitive tennis (and a bit of pickleball, of course), likes to travel and read historical fiction.
